Recruiting Program
The Recruiting Program brings hiring organizations to campus to recruit 91´«Ã½ students. You can interview for entry-level jobs and summer internships and attend employer-hosted events. The Recruiting Program is managed through our online recruiting system called .

Tri-College Career Fair
Friday, January 31, 12pm-3pm
Swarthmore College
Tri-College Career Fair brings employers to meet with students across all majors and class years from 91´«Ã½, Haverford, and Swarthmore. This fair includes organizations from a variety of industries. Through this career fair, students can circulate the fair and meet organizations hiring for summer internships and full-time opportunities. Learn more on !

Networking
Networking can be as simple as research, which builds a network or collection of relationships. It also builds from one contact to another (and another) and maintains relationships with them throughout your career.
- Our comprehensive Networking and LinkedIn Guide offers tips and best practices for communication, preparation, interviewing, and more.
- Our LinkedIn Profile Rubric enables beginning, intermediate, and advanced users to evaluate their performance in categories such as experience, recommendations, skills, and expertise.
- Identify a field or type of work that has captured your interest.
- Gather early-stage research on this field or type of work.
- Identify and start a list of people working in your areas of interest.
- Have a resume completed and reviewed before reaching out to contacts.
- Reach out to ask if you can talk with the contact to learn more about his/her work.
- When possible, meet in person at the contact's workplace.
- Always thank your contact for his/her time and advice within 24 hours by email.
- Nurture the relationship. Never burn bridges.
